START YOUR BOXING JOURNEY
Boxing is a fun and effective way for you to get involved in fitness and start working towards your goals
It can be very beneficial for you in more than one way! Whether you want to box for fat loss, fitness, building confidence, improving your mental health, fun, stress relief or you want to get involved in the sport, the sessions will be specifically tailored to you and what you would like to achieve
Whether you are a complete beginner or have experience I will teach you everything you need to know about the punches, footwork, stance, guard and techniques, which we can advance as you progress
You will be trained like a boxer without getting hit!
Gloves are provided but hand wraps are needed
KIDS BOXING SESSIONS
Boxing is a very fun and beneficial sport to get your kids involved in!
It will help them in so many ways! Physically it will help get them up and active, but alongside that It will help build character and their confidence, teach discipline, respect and show them how to control their emotions!
I will teach them how to box correctly, showing them all they need to know about the punches, footwork, stance, guard and techniques without them getting hit!
The sessions are designed to be easy to understand and fun whilst teaching them how to box!

Whilst we do our best to accommodate everyone and fit you in, we can't always guarantee the session time your after will be available but we can add you to our waitlist and/or our one off session group chat

Our personal training sessions are held at Unit24 Fitness Centre in North Town, Aldershot
There is plenty of free parking available on site and you don't have to be a member of the gym in order to do personal training sessions
