Q - How much exercise do i have to do?
A - your exercise plan is fully personalised to you, so it will be based off your preference, individual goals, time available, current fitness levels and previous experience
Q - Will i need to cut anything out?
A - You won’t need to cut the carbs, cut out sugar, stop eating all your favourite foods, stop eating out and stop drinking to get results. Of course you will need to make changes but nothing is completely off limits! I’ll help you incorporate the foods you love and enjoy into your diet in a balanced way
Q - I don't have a gym membership can I still join?
A - Of course! If you don’t have a gym membership, that is not a problem at all. The exercise plans are personalised to you so if you don’t have a gym membership but still want to exercise, home workouts or other alternatives can be done
Q - What happens after the 77 days?
A - Once the 77 days are up i am confident you will be in a position you will be able to continue by yourself but if you want to continue you can move over to my monthly 1-1 online coaching program or join the next fat loss program
